When scoring varies by evaluator, team, or week, agents receive mixed messages, leaders can’t trust trends, and time is wasted disputing scores instead of improving behaviors.
Improving evaluation consistency typically involves tightening definitions and examples in the scorecard, running regular calibration sessions, and monitoring agreement rates so drift is caught early. The goal is not identical scoring on every detail, but dependable decisions on what “meets standard” versus “needs improvement.”
