Chordia provides software tools that analyze customer service conversations to generate insights related to quality, compliance, and customer signals. The Services may use artificial intelligence and automated processing to assist customers in reviewing and understanding interactions.

The Services are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only and do not replace human judgment.

Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are authorized to access and use the Services on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent and that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensure that your use of the Services does not violate privacy, labor, or recording laws
  • Obtain all required consents for recording, uploading, or analyzing conversations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Engage in unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Services
  • Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as definitive or authoritative conclusions
  • Attempt to infer sensitive personal attributes beyond the scope of the Services

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Notice, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information. Customer-provided data remains the property of the customer.

Intellectual Property

Chordia retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, algorithms, models, documentation, and content, except for customer-provided data.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly permitted.

AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs generated by the Services may be probabilistic and may contain errors or omissions. You acknowledge that AI-generated insights are not guarantees of accuracy or completeness.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining their suitability for your use case.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services. Chordia is not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party services.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CHORDIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHORDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DATA LOSS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chordia from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

Suspension and Termination

Chordia may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

Modifications to These Terms

Chordia may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
