David brings more than 30 years of leadership and board experience across public and private technology companies specializing in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
As CEO of Everbridge, David led during a period of rapid growth that moved the company into the large-cap Russell 1000 Index and earned him recognition as a Top 50 Best CEO by Comparably and the Globee Visionary CEO honor. He previously held leadership roles at Rackspace Technology, CenturyLink, VeriSign, CGI, and Capital One. As CEO of Boomi, he led the spin-out from Dell into a standalone global company and was named Best CEO 2022. Most recently, as Board Director and Committee Chair at SADA, he helped execute a successful merger into Insight Enterprises. David currently serves on the Board of Directors at NYSE-traded Riskified, a leader in AI-powered fraud prevention and risk intelligence.
