Chordia cofounders Joel Wilson and Sarah Andrew Wilson have both been named to Project Voice's Voice AI 100, honoring the top leaders and pioneers who have shaped voice AI over the past decade.
Joel and Sarah founded Matchbox in 2017, growing it into a leading voice AI company with more than 15 million users across Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and other platforms. After selling Matchbox in 2022, they co-founded Chordia to tackle a different challenge: helping organizations understand what actually happens inside customer conversations.
As Joel noted in his LinkedIn post: "Calls, chats, and messages contain enormous operational signal, but historically that signal has been buried in transcripts and manual QA."
Sarah reflected on the journey in her own post: "It's hard to believe our first startup was founded just nine years ago. In a few short years, we grew Matchbox into a leading Voice AI company with 15 million users, 10 employees, and features in CNET and USA Today."
Both will attend Project Voice 2026 to connect with fellow honorees.
Congratulations to Joel and Sarah, and thank you to Bradley Metrock and Project Voice Capital Partners for the recognition.
