Built by experienced operators with a long-term view.

Chordia is led by founders who have built and exited technology companies, designed real-world conversational AI systems, and operated inside
complex, regulated customer environments. Our approach blends technical depth with practical execution, grounded in how conversations happen.

We remain intentionally focused, supported by advisors and investors with experience in scaling enterprise technology, go-to-market strategy, and regulated operations.

Mehul Vora

Co-Founder — CEO

Mehul began his career working directly with customers on the phone, gaining first-hand experience with the challenges of delivering consistent service without clear feedback or visibility. That perspective continues to shape how he thinks about evaluating performance and improving customer interactions.

As Co-Founder and CEO, Mehul leads Chordia's strategy, growth, and partnerships, with a focus on building durable technology businesses. He brings experience as both an operator and investor, helping guide long-term decision-making around product, scale, and capital efficiency.

Mehul believes the most effective technology strengthens human performance — providing clarity, consistency, and trust rather than replacing people.

Joel Wilson

Co-Founder — CTO

Joel brings decades of experience building and scaling data-driven technology, with a focus on conversational AI and real-time systems. He has been recognized as Voice AI Developer of the Year and named to the Voice AI Top 100.

Prior to Chordia, Joel founded and led Matchbox, a voice-first technology company that explored how people naturally interact with AI through speech. Matchbox was widely recognized and ultimately acquired by Volley.

At Chordia, Joel leads the design and development of the conversation intelligence product. His work centers on turning unstructured conversations into reliable, actionable insight — supporting quality evaluation, real-time guidance, and compliance at scale.

Sarah Andrew Wilson

Co-Founder

Sarah is an experienced startup operator with a background in building and scaling voice-first technology companies. Prior to Chordia, she co-founded Matchbox, an award-winning conversational AI company whose products reached millions of users and was acquired in a multi-million-dollar transaction.

At Chordia, Sarah brings her experience in early-stage company building, product strategy, and organizational leadership. She has led teams through rapid growth, platform shifts, and acquisition, with a focus on translating emerging technology into products that people actually use.

Her work reflects a belief that strong companies are built at the intersection of thoughtful design, clear execution, and long-term vision.

Noelle Mendez-Villamil

Chief Marketing Officer

Noelle brings nearly two decades of experience across enterprise software, spanning product strategy and marketing leadership. At Microsoft, she led next-generation planning for a $1B+ portfolio and has since held senior marketing roles in high-growth cybersecurity. She holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School (UPenn) and an MBA from the Darden School (UVA).

As CMO, Noelle leads Chordia's market position, commercial strategy, and brand in a category that is still taking shape. She brings the rare combination of product fluency and marketing execution that technically differentiated companies need to move from early traction to recognized market leader.

Noelle believes building a great product and building the market for it are not separate jobs. The companies that treat them as one tend to win decisively.
